I couldn’t figure out how to get in touch with someone regarding this issue. The email I received after I placed my order was a bit confusing to me. I wasn’t able to take the Trimoryn that I ordered. It just wasn’t agreeing with my body. I tried but was having some very uncomfortable side effects. I finally tried the email for JVZoo Support and got an immediate response. Thank you so much for your help. JVZoo was amazing. After sending emails to the company I bought the product from and getting no response JVZoo was able to get my refund right away.

Relentless sketchy spam, and the one product I bought there never worked correctly but there’s no refunds. Spam every single day. They employ methods to get around spam blockers and manual filters. The “manage your subscription” link goes to a 404 missing page. EDIT: My reaction to their reply to this rating: If you are concerned about customer experience, make it so people can OPT OUT of your daily spam email marketing campaigns. Your "Manage Subscription" link included in emails has never worked.

Customer service from JVZoo was excellent. I requested to cancel an order and I received a response within hours and the order was cancelled promptly. Both Maria and John were courteous and helpful.
