After purchasing services from JVZoo, and thinking about it, I decided this morning that I wanted to cancel the order and request a refund. I expected a runaround, but to my surprise, I had a full refund with a very nice message from Customer Service within an hour. Thank you JVZoo. Excellent service.

DO NOT BUY FROM JVZOO ⭐ 1/5 Stars "Very disappointed with this marketplace. Most of the digital products sold here are over-hyped, low-quality software or outdated courses. As soon as you buy the basic product, you are hit with endless aggressive upsell funnels. To make matters worse, many of the vendors vanish right after launch, leaving you with broken software and zero customer support. Getting a refund is an absolute nightmare unless you bypass the uncooperative sellers entirely and escalate directly to JVZoo corporate support and you still may not get refunded. I purchased SmartAgentX on June 7th, 2026. Absolute garbage. Requested a refund the same day. Today is June 23rd, merchant claims refunded, JVZOO also claims refunded, NO MONEY HAS HIT MY ACCOUNT AFTER WAITING THEIR 14 DAY PERIOD. My bank says 90 -120 days for an investigation, no provision credits can be given for this type of merchant (bank's policy). You do better opening up your windows and throwing money out. DO NOT BUY FROM JVZOO!!! SmartAgentX...Absolutely do not buy!!! Purchased 6/06/2026 Just refunded 6/24/2026 After several, several emails between the merchant and JVZOO, I finally received my refund. Today. It only took 38 emails to get this done.

I was very excited to come upon this program. Unfortunately, at 70 years of age, very limited tech savvy and only Social Security to get me by, I have had to decline moving forward with this program. I’m sure I could eventually make it work, however at my age there’s no telling how far I could go. Kind of a bummer. Thank you for your understanding.
