I had an issue with a purchase I made with a vendor through JVZoo. I reached out repeatedly to the vendor directly with zero response. The company offered a 30 day refund policy and full support but was not responding to my requests for a refund. I contacted JVZoo and within HOURS I received a full refund. VERY impressive!!

I’m trying to get my refund which they said would take 3-5 days, that was on June 13th and they also took out more money than was agreed upon. They tops $267.00 and $147.00. That’s $414.00 total I should have refunded to me.

First off, I would like to thank for your timely response. I believe the Athena AI wasn’t to a bad ideal until I started to see various problems with the systems process and wasn’t able to get any help from online support. No answer from team or response which sent up flags of potential issues. Thanks again!

Elaine at JVZoo responded promptly and issued a refund as the product was not working as advertised. I was pleased because the seller hadn't responded in 24 hours.

My bank was declining my credit card for several payments and that was my first clue that I need to get a refund on all the payments. Also, I initially like the idea of doing a couple of steps to make money, but then I was paying all these fees to fast track the payment checks and was told that I would have to do a lot of steps every day, they were going to give me an instruction booklet which was several pages of instructions and to me that was too complicated. Yes, it would great to get a check every week, but my question: Is this money tax free? This would be like a second income, what do I call this income on a tax form or to my bank? I think this service is too complicated and more costly then I want to pay! I'm just glad to get out of it and all the fees will be refunded.

Response was quick and confirmed 100% refund immediately although it’ll take a few days to receive it which is understandable.

I sent a detailed message indicating that I wanted my money refunded per the guarantee for 100% refund if not completely satisfied. I got a response immediately and was told that a refund had been made. It was nice dealing with a company that promptly acted after hearing from me.
