The JVC Tv is really not good as follows. Can't load any additional apps such as C4, ITV player. The Audio is not usable so a sound bar is a must. It looses network connection to my router which is about 10feet away. Select a chanel and you then have to confirm you want to watch it ! As a smart TV it is quite dim occasionaly you select a chanel and it locks up. Big red button time. Picture quality is really average not up to my 6 year older Samsung. Buy any Samsung over 10 years old and attach a firestick it will out perform a JVC. Advice to JVC do not construct tvs using components that are not tested. I honestly have not come across such a bad build and software combination. It's not even cheap.

bought a jvc android tv 18 months ago because it was the cheapest one at the time its the worst tv we ever had should have sent it back when we bought it ,sometimes you cant turn it over,or it just goes blank goes off on its own most frustrating tv ever, do not buy one

I'm giving it 5 because I love it.good price great picture and sound.gaming is amazing and sounds like if I do have issues it's ian easy fix.thank you

Bought a JVC Fire tv from Currys. A big mistake. If I want to watch a programme I need to switch TV on at least 10 minutes before the start, it honestly takes at least 10 minutes to get through the glitches and when finally get to the epg page that is useless too. Steer clear of this TV and by the way Currys (who I have purchased so much electrical equipment from) just wash their hands of any problems if warranty has expired by as much as 1 day.

Absolutely awful TV. Won't reliably connect to the internet, lags, doesn't automatically update time so good luck recording anything. Multiple factory resets, paid £200 for 'repair' - worst purchase ever.

I bought a JVC ROKU TV 55" in March of 2022. It went out September 2, 2022. I called customer service on that day and had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get them to even acknowledge my issue. Since then I have been getting the runaround and today (October 17, 2022) I was told that since I filed a complaint with the BBB that they would just send me a refund by Friday. I know they're full of it. Basically, they are stealing from their customers. I will NEVER again purchase a JVC anything.

Bought a JVC flat screen TV from Currys in May 2021. It has failed now, October 2022 with short horizontal lines at the top of the screen, no other display. Currys not interested and refuse any recompense. Clearly a known and common fault on Trustpilot. I will continue to pursue this through legal channels if necessary, they will not get away with it. Blatant abuse of consumers.
