I have a JVC 43-inch Roku TV that I got from Sam's Club in February 2021. Came with a 2-year factory warranty. TV died at right after Christmas. Been dealing with their customer service. Very poor communication. TV still not repaired or replaced and do not know if they are going to do anything.

How do I turn off the voice assistant, talks when I higher or lower the channels and keeps saying service every 2 minutes... the talkback option is not available in assessibility.

Can't give no stars Bought a jvc fire tv August 2021 from currys. screen now has a line of dead pixels out of warranty now by 4 months and screen is now failing. Don't expect this even for £300. This is crap quality as only used normally switched on watched switched off not left on pause What rubbish last tv lasted 15 year

Recently bought a JVC smart tv from curry’s, there was nothing smart about it, absolute rubbish, as we were returning it,another man was there doing the same thing, it did not respond to the remote, they gave us another remote, still no good. Changed it for an L G totally different works perfectly

If I could give this ZERO stars I definitely would not hesitate. Our parents gifted us a 55” JVC Roku TV for Christmas in 2020, now come this year it DOES NOT EVEN WORK! All of a sudden the screen display started these horizontal lines across the top/bottom of the tv, then it got worse as the tv was on. We tried to contact customer service multiple times, but this scam of a company does not even care nor give you a call back. I think they SCAMMED people, and gave out crappy products from Japan. I have had a 30” Sanyo that still works perfectly from 10 years ago wish I would have NEVER spent money on this brand!!! Something needs to be done about this company, as more people are getting the same issue I am having with my screen. Today the screen is completely white, when they think resetting it was going to help yeah right.. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TV OR BRAND. Now I am out of $300 to get a new tv this year that we barely even used in the first place.

DO NOT BUY JVC ROKU TV! SCAM! PIECE OF JUNK! Screen went out in 2 years. Started with horizontal lines across the screen and then progressively turned into a completely black screen. Tried all of the non sense reset options and nothing has worked. CUSTOMER SERVICE is non existent. They do not answer the phones or respond to emails. They should have to send replacements or pay for repairs, and not make cheap junk and rob peoples hard earned money. Scam company. A TV should not go out in 2 years of normal use. TAKING LEGAL ACTION against this con company.
