Not even worth one star. My fire tv broke down after 18 months, jvc or currys not interested. I rang a tv repair guy who told me he had currently 15 of them all the same age in his workshop for repair

I wish I could give 0 star! Bought their tv for only 13 months and it’s already not working can’t connect to wifi at all! And I contacted their customer service and provided all the proves and details, the feedback I got is “your tv is out of warranty” what kind of customer service is this?! I want it to be fixed! Not helping at all and will NEVER buy jvc product! It’s not like my tv was 13 years but only 13 months!

I have a 65" Google TV, branded JVC. I use it as a 4k computer monitor, and it functions flawlessly for this purpose. the only thing that I have a problem with is that when I have mine infront of the windows, some how incets were attracted to the light leaking from the back and were able to crawl inside where they died! if it was not so large I would take the back off and try to remove them, but for now Im stuck looking at shadows if dead moths at the bottom of the screen. I would love some advice on cleaning the bugs if JVC are listening.

JVC - LT-32CA120 Android TV 32" Smart HD Ready HDR LED TV with Google Assistant Absolutely appalling piece of tech (if you can call it that). It just doesn’t work as it should. It takes ages to switch on. If I want to watch something on demand, sometimes it will let me, other times it just goes blank. Sometimes it will let me fast forward, other times not. There is no predicting when or if it will work, I just have be lucky. It was relatively cheap but unfortunately for me, a false economy. I should have spent more on a decent TV that actuality WORKS. Not recommended.

From the start the TV was bad news, difficult to set up and slow to react, the response time from pressing the remote can be anything up to 30 seconds, it keeps dropping the wifi signal, which is annoying when you are half way through a film, total load of trash.

I bought this jvc TV 4 months ago. Its awful. I am a very patient person but this TV is driving me mad. Sometimes it won't switch on atall and when it does won't connect to the Apps. Takes at least 10 mins to start watching anything. Very frustrating. My old TV was 100times better even though it was old. Don't buy JVC.

I also have a smart JVC tv. problems from day one, slow to use and always crashing. Simply the. worst tv I have ever owned! That's in in a nutshell do not bother
