I appreciate this company for making their purchases right. I received a very stretched out messy bun that looked like it was getting ready to snap. Could not twist it 3 times and it just falls right out. They are sending me a replacement. After all of my chemo treatment and hair loss, my hair came back very thin and my ponytail is very very thin so it is hard to get the bun to stay on my hair. I have now opted to try a claw. I purchased a darker gray bun that did not match well either. The light gray works better. This will be my third purchase from Juba bun.
