I ordered the small messy bun about 2 weeks ago, I love it, so soft and beautiful, perfect color. So I decided to order another one last week. It looks and feels Nothing like the 1st one. It is dry and brittle and feels like strw. It did not come packaged like the 1st one. I suspect a hair iron or appliance was used on the new one. I suspect it was a customer return.

Pretty happy with it - the color matches my hair well, it's easy to put on. Looks great, messy, just as I hoped. The only thing I'm not liking, the "hair" comes off the scrunchy very easily and I'm afraid with repeated use, will not hold up well.

Love the style, color has been difficult

I ordered a brown hair piece and got a black one. The package said brown, but they sent me a black on, totally does not match my hair. Do I have to pay for shipping to send it back? I don't think I should pay for your mistake!

I purchased juva bun and really enjoy wearing them to work

I really like Juvabun, but there are some down sides. First, the color options are limited. Therefore, I ordered one closest to my colored hair because the website stated the Juvabun can be colored. I tried and it doesn't work at all.

I recently purchased a messy bun and a pony tail from JuvaBun. They arrived a week ago from two different destinations. I love the pony tail but the messy bun is the wrong color. they do not offer the same hair colors for their different products. I've tried to contact JuvaBun via email and their "reply here" spot four times now and I still have not received a response. I searched for a phone number and 213-785-3213 only gives me music. I thought I was perhaps on hold but still the music played. I like their products but I'm surprised the customer service is nonexistent.

I never received my second Juvabun I ordered through paypal. I only received the bun & bobbie pin order. the bun I ordered separately never came. but it was charged out of my account!!!!
