Love my Juvabun curly scrunchie! It matches my hair perfectly, and I get so many compliments! I have thick curly hair, and it is impossible for me to get a real ponytail! Using the Juvabun, it finally looks like I have a ponytail. It is super easy to use, and it is great for when I don't have time to do my hair, it is like I am instantly dressed up. I also wear it to the gym every day, and it stays in while I work out.

Very disappointed with the higher price I paid for an unnatural looking piece of rubbish! It took MANY weeks & two emails to receive it. When it finally came it was cheap looking & NOTHING like the colour I ordered! Their excuse was they can't guarantee the colour on my computer screen matches the colours they advertise! DONT buy from these crooks. I feel cheated. Too late for refund even as it took too long to get here to Australia, as I'm fairly sure it came from China! I paid $5 for one similiar previously from China which actually was better!

Ok I hear these complaints about Juvabun and I have got to believe that those people tried ordering theirs through another site like Amazon, for instance. I thought about it, but then got to reading the reviews on Amazon about how they got their juvabuns and they weren't even juvabuns! Plus I immediately noticed that Amazon could get me one in a a few days, and when I went to look at Juvabuns shipping and immediately noticed that it was going to take a couple of weeks to get them. That right there told me everything that I needed to know!! Amazon just sells products for other places, and obviously they had a way to get them faster when really... it should have taken just as long as juvabun IF they really were getting their products sent from Juvabun. I ended up ordering 2 messy Buns, one wavy, one straight. They absolutely did come, and furthermore I absolutely love them and WILL be buying more plus their long wig as well. Order Direct From The Company If Ever In Doubt! Period! Learned that years ago with other products and businesses. .

This is a scam!!!! Juvabun Australia does NOT send you your purchase. They take your payment and when you follow up for non- delivery/not received they send you standard emails . Absolutely do not order with Juvabun . Save your money and shop online with a Legitimate business that will send what you have paid for

Dishonest company. Won’t refund my money after I followed all return policies. Saying they can’t find original order. I included copies of original order and PayPal receipt with the return. 15 conversations with Adi in Customer Service and all of a sudden they can’t find the order. These people are crooks. Don’t give them your money.

I purchased the "messy bun" extension and I absolutely love it. It's simple to attach and stays in place all day. It matches my hair color perfectly and have had many compliments on my hairstyle.

I recently purchased a messy bun and a pony tail from JuvaBun. They arrived a week ago from two different destinations. I love the pony tail but the messy bun is the wrong color. they do not offer the same hair colors for their different products. I've tried to contact JuvaBun via email and their "reply here" spot four times now and I still have not received a response. I searched for a phone number and 213-785-3213 only gives me music. I thought I was perhaps on hold but still the music played. I like their products but I'm surprised the customer service is nonexistent.
