Good evening. I am writing to ask why my account has been placed on hold. There is a balance of over 1,965 € in the account. I have tried to contact you via email, but I have yet to receive a response. I am simply requesting the return of my funds.

Over 4 weeks now, no reasonable reply that you will send my money out of your juuli bank, am using this moment to ask you again send my money out from your bank but I understand you are not a reliable bank, I’m telling the public to please stay away from this bank for goodness sake they are thieves

Just to.make this public, juuli literally stole my money but literally and 3 weeks they dint respond once, I hope they go to nice diner with my mone, but im now reporting this to every financial institución, dear juuli have a nice drink and diner with my money

What sort of account is this? I’ve received money into my Juuli account, but trying to withdraw it is proving to be a problem? Why is that? I’ve made one outgoing transfer and two others to the account’s card, but since Wednesday nothing’s happened – the money’s still supposedly ‘pending’? What on earth is going on here? Honestly, you’re not being fair – do you even think about the people who need to do their shopping and pay for bills and services? I want my money.

I am absolutely shocked and disappointed by the way JUULI is handling my case. I lost access to my JUULI Business account on 15 September 2026. JUULI sent me a Sumsub identity verification link specifically so that my access could be restored. I completed the identity verification, but my verification remained stuck on “under review”. I have repeatedly contacted JUULI, but I still have no proper response or explanation whatsoever. Even worse, the identity verification link JUULI sent me has now expired, while my account access has still not been restored. I am therefore left in a situation where: • I cannot access my business account; • I cannot see my account balance; • I cannot see my transaction history; • I do not know whether any incoming or outgoing payments have taken place; • JUULI has not confirmed whether outgoing transactions have been blocked; • the verification link they provided has expired; • and customer support is simply not providing a meaningful response. This is a financial account, not a social media account. Customers need to know what is happening with their money and whether their account is secure. I completely understand that KYC, AML and security checks can be necessary. That is not the issue. The issue is the complete lack of communication while I am locked out of my business account. JUULI’s own support page says that most verification checks are completed within minutes and that manual review typically takes up to 24 hours. My case has gone far beyond that timeframe. I am honestly appalled by this level of customer service. How can a financial service provider leave a customer without access to their business account, without confirming whether transactions are being processed, and without even providing a working verification link? I am asking JUULI to urgently: 1. provide a new working identity-verification link; 2. complete my verification; 3. restore my account access; 4. confirm whether any transactions have occurred since 15 September 2026; 5. confirm whether outgoing payments have been restricted; 6. provide my transaction history for the period during which I had no access. This has been an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience. Now 2026.09.29 and only mail what i received is automatic response.

Very disappointing experience – €100,000 held for weeks I am extremely disappointed with the way my case has been handled. I have repeatedly uploaded the documents requested through the application, yet the system continues to ask for the same documents again and again. This creates an endless verification loop and gives the impression that the review process is being unnecessarily delayed. Even more concerning, €100,000 of my funds have been held since 12 August, without a clear explanation or a satisfactory resolution despite my repeated attempts to obtain clarification and resolve the issue. I understand that financial institutions may need to carry out compliance and verification checks. However, customers should receive clear communication, a reasonable explanation of the status of their funds, and an effective way to resolve outstanding issues. At this stage, my experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution and the release of my funds.

This bank provides German IBAN accounts to scammers. If you report the fraud, you unfortunately receive no response.
