We apologize the delivery speed did not live up to the expectations.  You had placed the order initially on 2/5 (Sunday) and the letter was mailed out just one day after on 2/6 (Monday). This means the letter is now with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  As of 2/12 the letter was last scanned to be out of delivery yesterday on 2/11.  We understand the frustration with USPS's speed in delivering the letter, however it does typically take 3-7 business days for a certified mail letter to be delivered from the date it is sent. Unfortunately, once the letter is in USPS possession, we are unable to intervene. We understand the importance of receiving this letter in a timely manner, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay. We have gone ahead and processed your refund request you had sent over to our support team.  If you would like to locate your letter and ensure it is sent to the recipient, you may submit a missing mail request directly through USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm). This will expedite the process of USPS locating the letter and delivering it to its destination.

Hi Lorena, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback as this only helps us improve. We are sorry to hear you had a hard time serving the other party. We can only imagine how frustrating this can be. We cannot guarantee the other party will be served as they may try to avoid service or they may have moved. When you select to have a process server serve the other party, they will attempt to serve at the address you provide 4 times. We also provide a free serving option to help with costs where you can have a friend serve the other party. We provide thorough instructions on how your friend can serve the other party. I reviewed your case and we have tried contacting and emailing you multiple times in the past few weeks but we have not been able to reach you. The process server went on 4 different occasions to serve the other party but they were not able to serve them. You then selected to have a friend serve and we shipped you serving instructions. However, you let us know they were also unable to serve the other party. For over 2 years, we have been helping our clients get their day in court and navigate the small claims process.
