Very convenient, accurate and efficient processing.

Easy to deal with. Only issue I had was I thought the case was scheduled for 8 am when in actuality court just opened at 8 am and the cases take over the next several hours. I had booked a flight based on the 8 am hearing time and missed my flight and had to rebook.

The staff members are very helpful everytime I had a question or concern they would respond back to my email quickly. Thank you for all the help and guidance

JusticeDirect is an excellent service that makes it possible for "regular" folks to navigate the legal system if need be. It is very user friendly if you follow the directions! The reason for only 4 stars - 1. There was no actual signature on the return receipt for the letter their service delivered. 2. Once the Demand Letter is generated, you cannot make any additions/changes to it.

Anyone who wants to take someone to Small Claims HAS to use People Clerk. They make the process soooo easy and are great with reminder emails. in addition, any time I call them I get a call back within 24 hours. I can't recommend this company high enough!!!
