Purchased a package of three H15 Just for Men shampoo in boxes from Amazon where once it was applied the color was very very dark. Calling the manufacture I was informed that the lot was defective. But the manufacture has NOT posted anywhere on their web site defective lot codes, though it would be unlikely to check their website before using any purchase. The defective lot codes are Z24D065 and Z24D066.

I haven't used your product for some time now and I keep having reoccurring sores breaking out around my face and chin, it happens at least 3 times so far this year. I'm ready to sue your company for damages too my face.

JFM has worked in the past, but its beard and mustache product now leaves a burning, red, swollen skin area on the face. I would suggest the company look at its formula and make appropriate changes to protect rather than harm the consumer of its product.

Customer service is not good. I bought the Just for Men Mustache and Beard but the cap broke off so I could use it only once (I use it several times over a few months' period). I didn't have the receipt but sent a picture of the tube with the broken-off cap with a request for a coupon for another one. They wrote an email that didn't respond to my request. I wrote again, and they turned me down because I didn't have the receipt. I've been using this product for 25 years. Thanks for nothing!!!

When I started using it in September 2020 the product/formula was good up to mid 2022, then you changed the formula and became extremely strong, far too strong, within 5 minutes your hair or beard turned to very very black/bluish. NOW IT'S THE OPPOSITE YOU CAN LEAVE THE PRODUCT ON ONE HOUR WITH (HARDLY)NO RESULT. PLEASE SET SOMETHING IN THE MIDDLE PLEASE!!!!

Used grey reducing shampoo/conditioner for years, they changed formula recently and my grey hear now looks red. Its really disappointing as it used to be really good product

Just tried the newly packaged just for men beard dye and they've obviously changed the ingredients as well as whilst the old one wasn't great it at least lasted a week before needing to be redone whereas this new one, despite being left on for 15 minutes which is three times the recommended 5 minutes, simply washed straight out and my beard was left looking exactly the same. Will now have to switch to using hair dye instead.

They shrank the Control GX bottle, and changed the formula. Almost no lather, and more expensive smaller size.
