Left the product on for the recommended time. It did nothing at all. Still gray hair. Would not recommend using this as I wasted $10 for nothing.

Used it many years ago.Mix and go.Tryed the new one twist comb product.The product did not come out with out hitting it on hard surface.?????????.And yes I twisted the top and broke off tab.Did a poor job.

Not getting coupons.

There is no customer service in the U.S. Only Mexico (slave wages). Not even a US answered email address. When I called and asked about bad coverage, the recommendation was, "Stop using our products." Also, it seems that when they "improved" the shampoo-in, they made it worse.

I have used the mustache & beard product with good results for years. I do wish it lasted for more than three weeks. The price has gone from $7.xx to $11. xx in just over a year at my local Walmart. I'm no longer buying this product and anything else that is not a necessity because of the price gouging going on in this country in the last five years ...just don't need it.
