The product has SHRUNK in quantity,,,,,no where on pkg does it state how many ounces. One box used to cover my husbands hair but no longer does. Lotion runs out very quickly..,,,what a scam to NOT DISCLOSE QUANTITY INSIDE. We now must either use 2 boxes or better yet may switch to another company.

Left the product on for the recommended time. It did nothing at all. Still gray hair. Would not recommend using this as I wasted $10 for nothing.

Not brilliant tbh. Been using for few years now as I thought it was the best. Had to purchase another brand recently as out of stock and what a pleasent suprise. New product smells much nicer not horrid strong ammonia that just for men was and after 2 weeks beard still looks good. Just for men after 3 days it looked rubbish. Won't be using that again. Bigen from Japan it the one!!

The gray reducing beard wash is great because it dies not irritate my skin like other beard dying products. The beard touch up pen is good to. Although it would be great if the beard touch up pen could dye the grey along with touching up the gray spots.

I had a mixed experience with this product. On the positive side, it definitely works for gradually reducing grey hair and the colour looks fairly natural when it builds up. However, after using it for a period of time, I started noticing increased hair shedding and my scalp felt irritated. At first I thought it might be unrelated, but when I stopped using the shampoo, things began to settle down. It may work well for some people, but in my case, the side effects outweighed the benefits. If you have sensitive skin or are concerned about hair thinning, I’d recommend being cautious and monitoring how your scalp reacts.
