Before placing my order, I called customer service with questions I had about the fit and placement. The CSR liked my idea of sending pictures of my window frame, so we could determine the best way to install them. He answered all of my questions. I ordered 1-3/8“ wood blinds in Oak color. When I installed them, I realized that he recommended the perfect solution for the mounting type on my window. Now that I have them installed, the blinds are absolutely beautiful! They arrived when expected. Packaging appeared solid; it looked to be undamaged by outward appearance. However, when I opened the package, I discovered that one short section of a valance had separated. I was able to re-glue it with some wood glue. When I installed them, I noticed one blind (I ordered 2 identical blinds) had some slight warping. When closed downward, you can still see through the blinds a little bit in those warped spots. When closed upward the view is completely obstructed. the other one was barely warped. I do recall on the website it said slight warping could be possible, so I guess that is what is going on. Also, when lowering the bottom rail, they do not rest on my lower windowsill. I ordered them just long enough to do so. They are 1/8” short, so they hover just off of the windowsill.I will get thin magnets to hold them in place. The color is an exact match of the color sample I received, so I’m very happy with the color of the blinds. These blinds are absolutely stunning! I would recommend Justblinds products. In fact, I will be ordering more as I get the rest of my windows replaced.

The blinds are attractive and look good in the window. The minor irritation was that the mounting screws are of low quality and even with a larger than required hole, the heads of the screws were stripped out and I had to find other screws to complete the mounting.

I tried sending response before but it wouldn't go through. I absolutely love my blinds and will order again when the needs arises. But one suggestion I have is: Could you tell people how to get the hardware off the top of the blinds so the hardware can be installed? I have ruined the tops of the blinds trying to get the hardware off. 😒 Thanks.

These blinds are the best! I have them all throughout my home.

Quality blinds at a competitive price. Well packaged. Perfect fit in my window casings. Took 30 days to travel from Texas to Oregon, but I was in no rush. Am willing to accept slower delivery to take advantage of a quality product at a very good price.

The customer service I received from him was above and beyond, I do not remember his name I’m sorry, I hope you can find out who it was, if I was still a manager at a big box retailer, he is who I would snap up,
