I liked that i could get free samples. The online ordering was easy and the blinds actually arrived sooner than expected. The blinds look great. I expect to make further purchases here.

Order blinds pretty seamlessly, but when they showed up they weren't even close to the dimensions that were ordered. Then the horror story begins, the return process. Can't get a return label online, can't contact anyone through email, have to call. Try calling and every single customer service rep is in training. So you don't have anything that is automated and then you are going to put all your reps in training at the same time. NOPE just refund me I am done.

Blind was fine. DHL delivery was not. Frequent notices came back as Package on Hold, or Exception, with no explanation why. Delivery was overdue by one week per DHL website even though package was at the local warehouse.

I placed a re-order and it came very quickly. It was nice that the order was on file so I didn't have to measure and re-create it.
