I give this company a big thumbs up they worked with me through a financial issue I was having and was very helpful in my time of need for that I am very thankful

Joined this insurance, because it was supposed to be simple and cost-effective. I ended up only having my vehicle for a short time however, just insured continued to charge me for months after regardless of the multiple attempts to call in and cancel after being assured, my account was canceled a month later, my bank account was put in the -$250 due to Just Insure charging me for a so-called past due account. When I called in asking for a supervisor and help I spoke with a woman named Estella. She was from the beginning condescending disrespectful and unhelpful basically said there was nothing she could do. I’m going to keep calling she can’t be the highest supervisor or I have big fears for this company- I will keep updated.

Demanding, lack of flexibility and very assuming. For someone we pay for a service they sure act like they run your life. I was sick in hospital and all they cared about was their money, and late charging it despite explaining

The customer service is the best!!! Every agent has been the nicest and very patient and LITERALLY! When I message a questions, I recieve a reply , within a couple hours or less. And I get every answer I need! I have never had a car insurance agency that’s so understanding! This app is a big game changer, especially if you just drive lightly, like taking kids to school or going to store!! You will save so much money!

Great insurance. I forget a lot to take the odometer photo and they do a great job on reminding me to do so. Overall, it's affordable and I love having them since I have an older vehicle and only use it to drive to work and run errands. :)
