Taking a picture of my odometer reading. I sent one in on Oct 12 and it stated it was received. Then you get angry because you stated I had not paid it yet. Then why did it state accepted and 5 days later you are saying a payment wasn't made. I would like to be able to know the exact dates you need a odometer reading from me and I will send it to you. So no more hassles of threating me canceling my insurance when you state no odometer reading was received.

Overcharged!

Just is good if you drive 50 miles or less, and you have to insure your car, the only thing that is a hassle is having to take a picture of your odometer every once in a while. Customer Service could respond quicker other then that it is a good app.

Charging way more if a pic is not on Time, never had it refunded or put backmun my account after I ask them too and they gave me a thumbs up

I would like to be texted before you take a payment out of my bank account.

I gave an indifferent review for an indifferent company. No contact to inquire on my situation or needs, merely to take money from my bank account and give nothing in return except for next month's upcoming bill. Should you expect better when that's the overall attitude? Business for the sake of business merits a review for the sake of reviews.
