You can stop threatening customers who…
You can stop threatening customers who choose not to renew their contract with. Telling someone how they could get in trouble with the police or the Department of Motor Vehicles if they don’t renew their insurance. You lowlifes make it sound like renew with us or else! Some people like senior citizens read that and probably panic and are afraid to drop you. That a really low business tactic and you should be forced to change the wording. You low life’s.

Hi Matt. We apologise. We're sorry you felt threatened. That was never our intent. Not being insured (with us or someone else) is a serious matter with severe consequences for our customers. It's far more serious than a lot of people realise. We are reviewing the wording of all our communication to our customers to make it more friendly while still bringing these consequences to our customers' attention.

App turns on constantly by itself and…
App turns on constantly by itself and I'm always overcharged as it's hard to determine when I was driving at times. Reason why I'm not still insured because it went from 30 dollars to minus 102 and I can't afford that right now :(

Hi Rudy. We're sorry you've had a bad experience. We ask our customers to take an odometer photo every month to make sure none of our customers are overcharged. You are correct, our app works in the background. It's trying to determine how safely you drive. This is one of the ways we can lower our customers' prices. If you drive safely, you could see your rates fall.

Charge Per Mile is a penalty
The sales rep I had had me sign up for your insurance. The daily fee sure, but when I realized I'm being charged additionally per mile, I was not pleased. Being penalized for driving is not the kind of insurance I was looking for. I will be switching

Hi Stacy. We're sorry you've had a bad experience. Our insurance is excellent for people who don't drive a lot. People can make significant savings on their insurance. However, there are better deals out there for high-mileage drivers.

Good insurance, but should be a cap per month.
There should be a cap for cost per month. If I go crazy and drive 10,000 miles, are you going to charge me $1,000.

Hi Vernon. As it currently stands, yes. Our intent is to make insurance as fair as possible. You'll appreciate that the more you drive, the higher the chance of an accident. We don't think it's fair to charge a high-mileage driver the same as a low-mileage driver. Regular insurance companies do, and it's the low-mileage customers that subsidise the high-mileage customers. Saying that we understand that our customers want price protection against being charged a lot when going on a long road trip and we are considering a mileage cap to address this. Please note: We are not suitable for ride-share drivers (Uber, Door Dash, etc.) We do not provide commercial insurance (where driving is your job).

Hi James. We're sorry we had to raise your rate. Credit score is one of the factors we consider when setting your rate, but it's not the only one. I can assure you that we are working very hard to provide the lowest rate to all our customers.
