The price is the best thing about Just. I've haven't needed to file a claim so I don't know how that process goes. I did not elect to have their device installed to track so my account is always adjusted at the end of the month because the app doesn't track accurately. I also don't like that they changed it recently so you have to use autopay. I prefer to have control of my own finances and sometimes need to float a day for money to come in.

I love this insurance because it charges me for how many miles I drive, As an on campus student who doesn’t drive that much it’s a great Insurance. I would give 100 stars if it was possible.

Overall, can't beat the prices! I do wish you would cover more than one vehicle. To cancel one policy to start a second vehicle doesn't make sense. Just curious why you don't offer more than one policy at a time for multiple vehicles?

I like the pay for miles feature not just paying what is being charged.

Original 1/2/2024- I called the claims department on the website and went through the options… I was only hold for maybe a minute or 2 and it informed me I was NOW first in line, 4 minutes later it informed me I was NOW first in line, 2 minutes later they disconnected the call. I redid this process 4 times getting disconnected on after 5-8 minutes, I finally tried to call the customer service line and successfully was answered by the voicemail of someone who was “not available”… do people even work here? I then resorted to send an email and have still not heard back so we will see. Update 1/15/24 So I was finally able to contact claims, after a few days they gave me a claims number and a few days later a claims adjuster: A Reyes, this person has not returned my emails or voicemails to date and claims is no longer responding, this is 2+ weeks of me trying to get a claim STARTED through this company, who knows what hoops I’ll have to jump through to actually get repairs to my vehicle?
