Upon review it seems the reason you did not receive your policy documents was that your policy was not activated immediately due to declination of your credit card payment. In order to initiate coverage (and provide documents) the initial policy payment must be received prior to policy issuance. We understand, insurance can be expensive and we hope you found a Company with better rates for you. Thanks for your feedback. It's very unusual for us to receive such a low rating! All we can say is we can't win them all. Insurance rating is complex and many factors come into play, sorry we were not the most competitive for you, but we hope you found our service and automation acceptable. Thanks!
