Super pricey!!
The site only let me select liability I have 3 cars 1 I need full coverage The other 2 needed liability The quote was the highest I’ve had yet And it wasn’t for what I needed!

We have different products depending on the state and risk profile and you possibly hit one that was a liability only product set - the site works well but in some instances a call is better - If you are interested in receiving an accurate (and hopefully lower) quote, please feel free to contact our customer service center at 855-444-4341. Sorry to hear you have had trouble reaching us. Our main customer service number is 855-444-4341 and we offer 4 different ways to pay online via our App, Customer Portal, Quick-Pay site and our IVR system. All of these options can be found our our website. On a typical day these options are used 100's of times so we are very surprised you were unable to connect. Poor claims process
Poor claims process. Worst I've ever received. Literally. It's the sole reason I'm leaving. Equity was cheaper and was actually helpful in the event of a claim.

We don't like to see unhappy customers and we do investigate each post. Upon investigation it is noted that as you were trying to report a new loss, there was a 2-3 day delay in acknowledging your first loss report. We further noted that no first party coverage was involved and, other than the courtesy of acknowledgement, no benefits or inconvenience should have been involved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and the proper claims management parties have been advised of your post.

Way to much money for a broken wallet

All we can say is we can't win them all.
