Junk Car TradersReviews of junkcartraders.com

The easiness of the process was great. A few phone calls and texts messages and it was done. All of the staff members, including the driver were great to work with. I recommend them to anyone who needs their service. The price I received for the car was good and I was paid in cash.

Easy. Great. Customer. Service.

This establishment is not only very Professional in what they do, they are Customer oriented. A very pleasant experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to simply recycle an older worn out vehicle that you know has seen better days. I can not emphasize enough this is the best and most economically friendly business on the market today. It is a win, win situation for both parties involved with virtually no hicups. Perfect in every way. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is attempting to rid themselves of what most would call a junk car.

FYI Company advertises themselves as Wheelzy online and the tow lot was called A1 Towing & Cash for Junk Cars. I was offered a guaranteed price of $435 for my ‘03 Taurus that runs and drives, new battery under warranty and everything working. I gave plenty of photos and accurate information about the car. Tow truck driver comes, makes a call and owner tries to low ball me to $300 after my car is already hooked up. I told them to put my car back in the drive way then. He increased offer to $350, I said put it back in the driveway. He then asked what was the lowest price I would take, obviously the $435 that was guaranteed by two other employees prior to pick up. I misplaced the title so we agreed that I would be paid $385 on the spot and another $50 once I surrendered the title. Found the title after the driver had already made it back to the lot. I was told I could drop it off in the morning. Just got back from handing over the title. Don’t try to low ball your customers. I will be leaving a google review about this experience as well.

This was the first time I sold a car in this way. In the end it all worked out fine. For me, a better explanation of the process and necessary paperwork would have been helpful. I also had a difficult time coordinating a pickup time, but they did work with me to find a time that worked for both parties.

The process was simple, but the tow was 2 hrs later than scheduled.

Your representative was courteous and quickly took care of the transaction! If I should ever need a service like this again, I would definitely call on your business.

Your driver showed up and got the car and paid me and was professional and kind
