When I tried to deposit my check to my financial institution it was rejected. Called the company and they voided the check,now I’m having to wait for them to mail me an another check. I wish the financial part of the transaction had been smoother

SLOW REPONSES. VERY LOW PRICES OFFERED FOR VEHICLES

The company did a great job scheduling a driver. The driver however refused to pay the qoute stated that he was the one who said the car. Seemed more concerned with a catalayc converter then anything else. When asked about the qoute the lady with the driver was rude.

FYI Company advertises themselves as Wheelzy online and the tow lot was called A1 Towing & Cash for Junk Cars. I was offered a guaranteed price of $435 for my ‘03 Taurus that runs and drives, new battery under warranty and everything working. I gave plenty of photos and accurate information about the car. Tow truck driver comes, makes a call and owner tries to low ball me to $300 after my car is already hooked up. I told them to put my car back in the drive way then. He increased offer to $350, I said put it back in the driveway. He then asked what was the lowest price I would take, obviously the $435 that was guaranteed by two other employees prior to pick up. I misplaced the title so we agreed that I would be paid $385 on the spot and another $50 once I surrendered the title. Found the title after the driver had already made it back to the lot. I was told I could drop it off in the morning. Just got back from handing over the title. Don’t try to low ball your customers. I will be leaving a google review about this experience as well.

It’s terrible because they misspelled my name in the check had to drive 30. Minutes to get the last name right and get a new check and still had to wait a long time for the new check sorry but they are bad business in sothington ct. chuck and eddies
