Junk Car TradersReviews of junkcartraders.com

Everything went very nicely very informative on the phone very quick to pick up the vehicle. The tow truck driver was excellent. We even receive very helpful instructions in regards to making sure we signed the title properly. All corresponding communications in regards to everything were terrific. They obviously have done this many many times and have a proven way, which is very efficient and gratifying to deal with.

Price was total wrong- person came here as if I was selling a car, not junking it.- also came he was going to give this a women's group- low balled the price, I was junking a car not selling this for someone to drive away. Very POOR, VERY poor. SELL

They never came

The tower only offered me $100.00. He said that the Catalytic Converter was all rusted out. He took a picture with his cell phone, but never showed it to me. He gave me a $100.00 bill, which was already separated from other money. I got the feeling tat he had already decided before he saw the car to offer me the discounted amount. The original offer was $435.00. I accepted the offer, as I wanted to get rid of the car. He started the car and placed it on the flat bed and left. I got the feeling that this is how you do business. Offer a large amount and pay a small amount. I will never recommend you business to anyone.

Very unprofessional!! Nobody never came or called during the scheduled time (11am & 12pm). When the driver & tow truck finally did come after 9pm, instead of paying out the quoted price they shorted the pay by $128.

I was given a quote for 425.00 then when they tow truck came he looked under the jeep and said the catalytic converter was changed and that he had to call the office..then came back with a counter offer for 100 dollars less. The catalytic converter was not even discussed during the intake offer. Very disappointing to say the least. I had to get it out of the auto body shops driveway so I had no choice but to take it.The tow truck was there on time.

The process went smooth and everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. There was a slight miscommunication between the tow driver and the company regarding when the truck would be removed, however, that was not much of an issue because I’m retired and thus waiting another day was not a concern. The tow company driver was very personable and a joy to talk with.

Because there was an after market catalyst converter put on the car price dropped 200 dollars, find that ridiculous
