Junk Car TradersReviews of junkcartraders.com

The whole process was very easy!! From the first contact to the pickup of my car was less than 24 hours. Every person I talked to or was in personal contact with was very professional and very helpful!! I highly recommend this company!!

Easy simple and fast

Very unprofessional!! Nobody never came or called during the scheduled time (11am & 12pm). When the driver & tow truck finally did come after 9pm, instead of paying out the quoted price they shorted the pay by $128.

I was given a quote for 425.00 then when they tow truck came he looked under the jeep and said the catalytic converter was changed and that he had to call the office..then came back with a counter offer for 100 dollars less. The catalytic converter was not even discussed during the intake offer. Very disappointing to say the least. I had to get it out of the auto body shops driveway so I had no choice but to take it.The tow truck was there on time.

Fast and super easy to work with.

The experience was excellent the people was nice to talk to. And they help me with all the questions what needed to be answered about may vehicle. So I recommend this company to whoever needs their vehicle juck out.

Everyone was very professional and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. The driver showed up when we had agreed on and was very professional and courteous and I received my money as agreed upon. I would highly recommend this company.

The people were helpful and give you top dollar for the car!
