Scheduled for pickup between noon and 5pm no show no call I called carrier and no one could give me answer except they had people out sick, reschedule for next day for pickup between 8 am and noon no show no call I had to call carrier same excuse people out sick I missed 2 days work thanks to you.

The process itself seems great. But execution is lacking. Scheduled pick up with carrier for yesterday morning.No call, no show. Finally called last night at 6:00, but was at the wrong address. I called them back this morning to see about them coming today. Was assured they would. It's now after 4:00. Still no call/no show. I would suggest finding someone else. They've still got an hour, but that's my plan.
