I was under aware that they contracted a third-party, who cannot even communicate and follow through on what they say when you send in the information. I.e. I sent the information on Tuesday 11/22 with the intentions of getting my car picked up within 24 to 48 hours, but I will not even come to get my car picked up for a week not until 11/29 from when I submitted my offer with you guys. I texted the information to the number they provided and they said that they didn’t receive it, then I had to resend it to an email, which should’ve been just provided previously so I can go out and get confirmation that it was indeed received. This whole process has been Very misleading.

YOU GUYS NEVER CAME FOR THE CAR NOR DID YOU GUYS TELL ME THAT YOU WERE NOT GONNA COME AND GET IT

Said I was getting $555 but only gave $300 after I signed everything over. Definitely do not recommend

I had problems trying to convince pedal that my catalytic converters were still on the vehicle and after sending them pictures I sought a different place. Finding junk car medics with a higher price was very promising however I was only related back to peddle.com after dealing with pedal customer service and getting a different driver I still haven't gotten my car picked up and junk car medics never personally was coming to get my car I guess and the surrogate has refused to pick up my car also so I'm not very happy but that's as far as I'll go with my review.

The gentleman that got here seemed a little aggravated when he pulled up. Maybe my car was not parked the way he wanted it to, and the battery was dead so he had to jump it off idk. But once he got the car jumped off he went to crank it and it made a loud popping noise and he didn’t make any effort to move the car while it was cranked he just sat there in it and let it idle. Then it would die again because he didn’t put the cables on to jump it off correctly maybe I don’t know. But he went to crank it up again and when he did the loud popping noise it had made before it made that same noise again like a backfire and I seen fire come from my fuel injectors so I told him it was a fire he turned it off when he turned the car off the fire stopped he then called whoever his bosses and they changed the amount from what they offered me originally saying that my car wouldn’t crank. My car was perfectly fine and crank and he could’ve moved it when he crank it up the first time the battery was not holding a charge. So he obviously didn’t know what the hell he was doing. And they wanted to give me less because of whatever he did under my hood in a BMW the batteries in the trunk first off green and you can jump it off from under the hood but whatever he did under my hood caused my car to make that loud popping noise and almost caught on fire and would have damaged it to where I could not sell it again now I don’t know what’s wrong with it and I was left with a car that was in worse shape than it was before he messed with it. I’ve dealt with them before and it went smoothly perfectly no problems. This gentleman whatever his problem was should not be used by this company. He was unprofessional he showed up in dirty clothes with an attitude. And then try to tell his boss that I misrepresented my vehicle to get my cost lowered which isn’t true at all my vehicle will crank up and run it will not drive I don’t understand how that got miss understood or misrepresented by me whatever he did to my vehicle made it to where it would not crank. Now I’m stuck with a car that’s gonna need more repairs then before because of this man’s actions. If you get a attitude from the man who or whoever comes out to get your vehicle and he seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing request somebody else.

Received offer of $625, when driver came to inspect he said his boss didn’t want the vehicle anymore and tried to buy it for $300.

I feel like i deserved more money but i guess thats the best they could do . They told me he would be there at 2 so i rushed and paid for an uber because i was told if i wasnt there he wouldnt wait and then i ended up waiting over an hour until he arrived so if the lady would have been more truthful then I probably wouldn’t have been upset about the amount but i had to sit outside and rushed for no reason.

I was told one price got another. Then the communication was poor.
