Very disappointed, quoted different price with receptionist, charged a lot higher when they arrived, promised refund of 70 dollars but have never received it.

"Booked online and called ahead specifically to confirm the bin would be placed on our front lawn, with notes added to the reservation. The driver arrived and refused to place it there despite this being confirmed in advance. Bins go on a set schedule, so this has now delayed us moving our junk out and thrown off our whole schedule. Disappointing when what's confirmed by phone isn't honored on-site."

Junk King sells your information to advertisers. They did service for me and after asking for a tip in addition to the agreed payment, they sold my email address off somewhere and now I'm getting spam directed to the unique email address I generated and only used for Junk King. This is a slap in the face to their customers. Shameful behavior.

Brandon and Eli were amazing young men. They arrived on time. Introduced themselves. Explained what they would do and started the work. Unbelievable how efficient they were and how quick they did the job but did a great job. I would highly recommend Junk king to anybody that needs help to get rid of stuff. I am so thankful that I found this company through a referral from Customer at work. My fence had fell down during storm a few weeks ago. It was three panels and a mess 😊😊😊

I used Junk King about a year and a half ago and all went well. So I have a computer desk and a mattress set (full, which is just a size up from a twin) to move. I called to get an estimate...almost $400!! For 2 items that were to be moved from my living room, to my porch (which is right next to my lving room) and down 5 steps to the curb! The price was ridiculous and I told them I did not want the service. So what did they do? Referred my information to a branch office for a follow-up. They (Andrea) sent an email and I responded that I did not want the service. I unsubscribed. They sent another email. I responded and said to please remove my information. They kept sending emails, and text messages despite my instructions to stop. I decided to call the branch office number in the email to speak to someone. Nope...they keep you on hold and then ask you to leave a name and number. I tried twice...same thing. I finally called the local office again and complained that they referred me to a branch office and to please remove all of my information from their records and to stop all communication. I said if they did not, I would complain to the Attorney General's office and the FCC. We'll see if they take me seriously. They have ruined any prospect of me returning to their business.

The guys from Junk King were awesome. They were prompt friendly and did a fantastic job! I will definitely use them again in the future.

I found their flyers littered all over my housing complex, in gardens and on lawns, after a company rep went around putting them on our doors. I do not need the services of a company that just spreads MORE junk around the neighbourhood.

What a nightmare getting them to come out for an estimate!. Initially they me a 2 hour window. Then, earlier in the day they were to come out, they asked if they could come 2 hrs early. I agreed and showed up at my house and waited an hour. Then, after I texted them to ask whete they were, they said they were sorry but stuck between jobs, could we meet in 1 hour. Literally, 30 minutes, they asked to rechedule. So, this is what a compsny does, ruin a entire day I arranged to meet and only to ask to reschedule when things don't work for them? OMFG! Don't call unless you want your day ruined.
