If Wooga & the Amazon appstore could actually sort out the multitude of bugs in this game....It would be a really wonderful game. They obviously can't be bothered. SO many glitches, which never get sorted, which makes it as painful as having teeth pulled, without an anaesthetic. I've started, and deleted myself SO many times, I've lost count. Wooga just fob you off, if you ask for help. Finally called it a day, after trying EVERYTHING to get it to work. For the last few weeks/months I've spent FAR more time rebooting..clearing the cache etc..than actually playing the game...probably by a factor of 10+. The Amazon app store are just as hopeless, regarding this game. Genuinely...Don't bother. Date of experience ? On going for the past two years, at least.

This game used to be fun. First game I came across where I wasn't tempted to spend real money. They have made a lot of changes. None of them good. They claim they are making the changes to help us have a better experience. What they are really doing is making it impossible to enjoy unless we pay to play. I do not recommend this game to anyone.

It was great until you have to do Bedtime Stories and you can't place the snippets so can't carry on! I did an update, tried the troubleshooting and all sorts but nothing. Waste of time

I enjoy the game alot only problem is it keeps disconnecting from the server really irritating and it is not my network guaranteed 😑 another issue is sweep the board why the hell do we have to see the prize won going all the way to the end of of the stage WTH cant it just continue quickly cut that crap out it takes to long just let the prizes accumulate when the level is done claim the prize the whole process of waisting time is mentally exhausting thanks.Great game all in all

Jeg synes Junes Journey er et fint spil. Desværre er der en del der koster penge, som ikke alle har råd til. Det er trist for det ødelægger spilleglæden. Man sidder ofte fast i spillet fordi man ikke har blomster nok til at komme videre, uden man skal købe sig fra det. Jeg havde ikke spillet et halvt år pga ovenstående. Jeg tabte glæden ved spillet. For et stykke tid siden genoptog jeg det, men det er kun blevet mere dyrt at komme til de tilbud de sender. Jeg tror, hvis ikke det var blevet grådigheden der tog over og det var billigere at købe ting der kunne fortsætte spillet, var der nok flere der ville spille. Nu overvejer jeg at helt slette spillet. Der er gået cirka en uge nu og jeg kan ikke komme videre med mindre jeg punger ud. Det er ikke alle der har råd til at være med på de priser.

My impression of Wooga may sound harsh, but their work motto seemed psychopathic & predatory after twice going to them for help after purchases. I try to be a kind & gentle person & was not mean or hostile toward them at all (Lots of please could yous & thank yous even though I’d been denied 2 outright purchases…) I chose this game because the main character appeared to be caring. Besides those ordeals, the game has always had “glitches” that “miscalculate” your winnings, or crashes that lose them. They’ve insidiously crafted a casinoesque format in which the “house” has stacked the decks against the “players”. Only we’re customers who’ve bought & paid for the making of this game over & over! They jack up prices of piddly little items as though they’re genuine Monets! They almost punishingly hold items an inch out of reach from winning! That’s what brought me here, I was 30 “keys” from winning a “prize” I’d played for the last 2 days because of relentless crashes that kept losing progress. I WAS avoiding the “crashes” (& thus loss of winnings) by exiting the game before it could crash & coming right back…. until the latest forced “UPdate”! Now if I try that, it loses my winnings but remembers to subtract the required lightning I’d used to play… THAT can only be a strategy, not a glitch🤔 And I can’t fathom WHY—they could operate better as a store & just sell the items the customers desire, then everyone’s happy…but it’s as though they derive some sick pleasure in having customers keep paying for something that’s never delivered! It’s nuts! But that’s been my experience with Wooga, & it’s never Not been that way…

Whats annoying at the moment is you have to watch an advert and halfway through it goes back to wooga beginning and you have to watch another one thinking I won't bother anymore
