The game constantly crashes. My guess is because I don't make purchases. Customer service is a joke. They remind me if the IT crowd. Have you tried unplugging it and turning it on again. Zero help. I'm writing this review and removing the game for good after years of playing. I really did enjoy the casual pace. But CS is non existence and don't care about people who don't pay for play. I've sure watched plenty of 30 second videos that actually take 45 to 55 seconds to complete and close.

Constantly getting kicked out of the game during high volume playing. This has been an ongoing issue for years and there is no resolution in sight

THEY CHEAT ! Be careful! Been playing for over 3 years and now they Challenge us to buy more diamonds by other team which better which is INSANE! Team with 4-5 players got 6000 ribbons in 10 minutes which we have 14 players and we are real players! They try to make money like that so you will buy ribbons and items to win ! I will not let this go !!!

Been playing for 6 months and enjoyed it. Ever since last update (5) the game keeps dropping while I am playing. Also drops after commercials so much so that I spend 1/2 hour to get started just to play 30 seconds than it drops again.

I absolutely love this game but when you do the bank heist 60/140/? Is way to much in 6 days. I live on a budget an can't afford diamonds all the time. Can you please please 🙏🙏 lower it to 40/60/80 so I can have at least a try to win the grand prizes. No everyone can participate bc of the money so pls try to make it a little bit easier. Other than that I love love this game.

Having terrible trouble playing this game lately . When you click to watch advert game goes back to restart. Very frustrating . Hoping you will get this problem fixed if not you will lose lots of players . Im seriously thinking of deleting it.

If I could give NO STAR rating I would! I have been playing and PAYING this game for years. Now I can’t play because the game keeps closing down! I’ve lost energy, coins, diamonds and prizes. I can’t even send a message to customer service because the game keeps closing! And I lost 225 coins from the Avery yesterday! I’m done.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I hate this game and their customer service. I’m about to delete both games and have been playing over four years. I accidentally purchased some ugly coconut tree for 249 diamonds, didn’t even realize I did that and they refuse to reverse the purchase. I’m beyond livid. Diamonds are so hard to come by and I would never spend diamonds on that. This was the last straw. Memoirs is ridiculous. I once played over 100 games and got ZERO memoirs packs, the side games and volt are annoying AF, all they want is your money, ads constantly crash your game, the new coffee hour SUCKS! I used to love playing this game but now it only brings me headache! F Wooga and their HORRIBLE customer service and game. I’m deleting both accounts now after this.
