I had to uninstall June's Journey because of a problem with my phone. Upon installing it again, I couldn't log in on facebook because of some sort of error. I talked to June's Journey Support. I showed them receipts of money that I spent on their game and much more evidence and they ignored me. I just wanted them to help me log back in my account. They don't care that I play this game for many years. They don't want to help me get my account back. Everyone here should beware as they don't even care about paying customers. Now I will most likely quit the game as they keep ignoring me and it has been a week and I'm not going to start the game all over.

These people play too much head games with users. No matter how you make a tremendous progress in this app, you barely get rewarded. You only get 0.01 to 0.08 cents if you're lucky enough to get them. I will not recommend this app to anyone. It is completely a waste of time and energy.

I've been playing JJ for years. It is no longer fun to play. You can't get anywhere unless you spend your money, which I refuse to do. What a shame that GREED has ruined this game. I can't seem to do anything right in this game anymore. I don't need this frustration in my life. I played it for relaxation.

In events like Sweep the Board, the timers have been shrunk to such absurd degrees that even if you know the scene inside and out and tap without a single second of hesitation, you are still cut off right at the finish line. To make matters worse, the cost to continue has soared to an extortionate 40 diamonds for a fraction of a second—a high-pressure tactic designed to force panic purchases. Don't let their customer support fool you, either. If you reach out, they might be immediately responsive and pour on all the pretty, polite words, but don't fall for it. It's pure PR script; they don't actually care, nor will they do anything to resolve the problem. It is infuriating to watch a team ruin a great product out of pure corporate greed. Do yourself a favor, skip the download button, and find a game built by developers who actually value their community instead of treating them like open wallets.

JJ was entertaining when I first started playing. Pretty graphics and fun games. The game is very addicting. However, the longer I played, which was close to three years, the more disgusted I became. The only way players can progress through the levels is if they spend money to move forward. Also, JJ has ads at every turn which are very annoying. Players can skip over the ads but again they have to spend more money to buy those "skip ads". Last, but not least, customer service is below par and they were one of the reasons I decided to stop, cold turkey. With that said, JJ is a very expensive game. A money-hungry racket.

I would give wooga June's journey a negative if I could. Worst customer service, as they keep closing my case. When the glitch is on their end and they admit it, and toss a token pink star box to shut you up. That didn't work you useless, lazy jerks. Not to mention the crap they keep adding and the inconsistencies with the game.

Spel op zich is leuk, maar je krijgt steeds minder beloningen en meer advertenties. Het aantal pakketten dat je kan winnen is verminderd en je moet er meer halen om een album te vullen .pakketten kopen heeft geen zin, want merendeels zijn het dubbele plaatjes die je krijgt. Jammer want ik vond het een leuk spel.
