This game has gone downhill since I started playing about 6 years ago. They have had added to many side games and have made the help wanted cases sometimes impossible without either changing them or spending money to complete them. If you change or spend money you will get the same task almost immediately again. You have a problem it is always your fault not theirs especially Wifi issues even though you have no problem with your Wifi. Yes, you can download it for free, but expect to pay money if you want to play the game.

Been a player for quite a few years. Enjoyed playing. The past few months or so .... the game is having me SPEND DIAMONDS to change awards you get if you play some other game they have. I play the game I enjoy and leave the others alone. NOW I must spend Diamonds to play what I like. Someone at Junes Jouney is out for the MONEY. They really have a good money making Scheme going on. So Sad ...

I love the game and have been playing almost since it started but lately the rewards are getting smaller in the competitions and it is almost impossible to finish some of the challenges without spending real money. Come on guys you made a great game and it used to be fare play but you have become greedy I gave 5 stars before but 3 now because of the greed factor. please look at the rewards you give and also the time limits on the challenges, we want to play but many are leaving because it is almost impossible to complete some of the challenges in your time frame. We play fare how about you play fare with use instead of playing greedy bast@rds

Detective series is not working. After I press on it it closes the whole game right out. Very annoying!

Wooga support is non existent. They do not care at all about their customers. My game kept crashing and I stupidly followed the bots instructions and lost everything. I don't even know why I am writing this as I am sure Wooga won't bother reading it.

Greed has overtaken the fun. Terrible customer support. I agree with every one star review here. Wooga support is saying crashes due to incompatibility with my device yet in the App Store it says my device is compatible. I have recently been buying diamonds etc in order to progress but it has to stop! I will not empty my bank account to play what at the end of the day is only a game. I played seamlessly for months and now they are saying my device is incompatible ! Shocking customer service. I’m going to finish the current league and then leave. Such a shame as team is shaping up nicely. But the fun aspect has gone unfortunately and it’s feeling like a waste of my time - and money - resources I now see can be spent on more worthwhile and fun causes. Sorry, Wooga, you have become far too greedy and don’t care about your customers

What on earth have you done to this game. Was really great but now it’s rubbish. Constantly drops out plus takes so long to go back into it. I think it’s time to give it up as very frustrating. I have been playing for 4 years and it was never like this before.

I updated the game as directed, however now whenever I attempt to play the club mysteries I am immediately kicked off. I have a new tablet so that is not an issue. My internet connection works well for everything else. I have teammates with the same issues.
