June Homes ended up being a great resource for me while I needed somewhere to live for less than a year. Their online portal for paying bills, submitting tickets, and receiving help was intuitive.

Great way to rent short term. I am a traveling healthcare worker and I was able to get an apartment in an amazing location that made getting to work effortless and it was close to great bars and restaurants. I would rent through June Homes in a heartbeat for my next contract.

Rented a bedroom in East Harlem with June Homes for a year. Had a great stay. They really take the extra step to make sure you enjoy your stay and deal with problems swiftly, if any come up. Would recommend!

Everything was great, support, heat , location

Booked an room with this company and upon arrival multiple rooms had large cans of roach spray in them. Also pictures did not show an accurate depiction of the kitchen space. When I notified the company about the roaches it took days for them to respond and then they instructed me to "buy more roach spray". When I tried to view the property before the zoom video for the company did not work, so I booked under good faith. That was a mistake. Suggesting to move with caution when booking.
