June HomesReviews of junehomes.com

My experience with June Homes has been fantastic. The furnished apartment I rented was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, making it easy to navigate the city. What truly stood out was the flexibility they offered, accommodating my changing needs without any hassle. Whenever I had a question or concern, their customer service team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Living with June Homes has been a breeze, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a stress-free rental experience.

Rapid responses from the support team at all times. My room was really comfortable and the house was provided with all the needed utilities.

The apartment is super cozy and has loads of space. The location couldn't be more convenient, and the price is totally reasonable. I absolutely loved my room—it was just perfect. Plus, the customer service was really nice and helpful.

Good experience, I would recommend it.

I rented from June homes on a short term lease and had a great overall experience. Here are the highlights- 1. Their customer service is prompt. 2. A ticket system on their app makes it easy to register complaints and follow-up with support personnel. The app also makes it easy to keep track of scheduled maintenance work, internet and door passwords, and other key information. 3. Monthly cleaning services are included in the maintenance fee and they reimburse upto $20 per month for cleaning supplies purchased by you. 4. In-person tours (with a cap of three tours) are organised for you to check out your top options before signing a lease. 5. Onboarding is hassle free. Only absolutely necessary documentation is requested by the team. This is especially helpful for renters who are non-residents. Overall, I would highly recommend June for one’s renting needs.

I have had the pleasure of working with June Home as a landlord in Austin Tx for few years now. It has been a wonderful experience, as the team is very attentive, responsive, and pleasant to work with to resolve any issues and to provide a comfortable place for tenants to live. The team is energetic and positive specially Nick has been very supportive and fantastic to work with. I recommend June Homes to other landlords and possible tenants.

I rented with June Homes for about a year and had a great experience. They were very helpful and made it super easy to get into contact with them if I needed anything

They are extreme helpful with getting you moved as fast as possible, and be as transparent with pricing as possible which is exactly what most are wanting when they are trying to make a move.
