I would strongly advise against renting from JuneHome. The support is absolutely useless, and the issues you raise will never be resolved. When we first entered the apartment, it was filthy and unkempt. We contacted customer service immediately and sent pictures, but it took five days for someone to even show up—by which time we had already cleaned the place ourselves. Things only got worse from there. Workers came in to fix something and ended up making a huge hole in the ceiling. JuneHome assured us it would be fixed soon, but three months later, the hole is still there. Now, our washing machine is broken, and it’s been three days since we first contacted them—no replies to emails, no returned calls, nothing. Honestly, you’ll be paying for a place that’s not properly maintained, with zero support when issues arise. Save yourself the trouble and rent from someone else. JuneHome is an absolute nightmare.

Hi Mariam, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating and disappointing this situation felt. We understand how upsetting it can be to move into a home that doesn’t meet cleanliness expectations, especially when follow-up repairs or maintenance take longer than anticipated. Issues involving multiple repairs, coordination with vendors, or building infrastructure can unfortunately compound over time, but we recognize that this does not lessen the impact on your day-to-day living experience. We regret that you felt unsupported and that communication did not feel timely or effective. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and feedback like yours is reviewed internally to identify where response time, coordination, and follow-through need to improve. Because Trustpilot reviews don’t always give us enough detail to locate an account, we encourage you to reach out to our support team directly with your booking information if you’d like your case reviewed further or documentation shared. We want to ensure concerns are addressed clearly and fairly, even after the fact. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We’re sorry that your experience fell short and wish you the best moving forward.
