Sometimes less really is more. For me Jumbo exemplifies that. I emailed their support team this afternoon with a “How To” question about their Data Breach scanner. And albeit “after hours”on the east coast, one of their team took the few minutes to Reply today, with Easy to understand Concise directions which satisfied my query. It’s refreshing to know that in this Bot Chat, acronym filled impersonal world in which we live, a simple sentence like, “Let me know if you encounter any issues:)” can bring a smile to your face. Jumbo is so insanely easy to use and set up that I’m regularly amazed at how effective their digital barrier is at protecting my information. Great vision, product and people. I will continue to recommend Jumbo and I look forward to seeing what’s next for 2121 Atelier Inc.

Jumbo helps me keep track of what apps and websites know about me, and control what I want to share with them. It can change settings and notifies you if there are settings you can change to increase your privacy. It works really well. It doesn't post on your social media accounts or change settings without your permission.

You can use it and have no doubts.

I was surprised at how quickly I got a response- it was not generic, it was detailed, personal direct and helpful. Hard to find customer service reps that actually think about your complaint and immediately solve it these days, so that was nice. Then they promptly responded with extra helpful confirmation tips and I learned a few things about the App Store. They really put time and effort and training into their team. It speaks volumes. They even offered to schedule a follow-up. Thanks for providing quality customer service- how refreshing and rare that is.

Anya C with support has been personable, she's doing her very best to be helpful with my issue. I've been thrilled with the product itself, I'm getting an error message when I attempted to sign up for ID Theft protection/insurance that comes with a "Pro" membership. Could be that I already signed up, could be an error within the system but either way I have confidence that Jumbo's support team will get it resolved.
