Fast service

Sent me another product with less quantity and has not tried to make it right. I threatened to call the police where they are to get a response.

I was missing an item in my order. Tried to email and got no response.

Quick delivery

Super fast Shipping

Friendly service and very tasty food.

The product I ordered was quickly shipped, and arrived in good shape. Many products to choose from and ordering was very straightforward. I will order from them again.

I can't take my koi to the vet since they don’t specialize in fish, which is why I rely on places like this. The antibiotics have worked wonders for my fish. Whenever I get new ones, I always put them in a round of antibiotics for a week before introducing them to the rest. It helps prevent the others from getting sick. Places like this should definitely keep using antibiotics. Thank you!
