I ordered a skateboard online in July (via PayPal, as I'm in the U.S.) and was promptly charged £211.50, yet received no shipping/courier/tracking info, no estimated date of arrival, nothing. Some weeks later, I realized my package has still not arrived. When I reached out to Juicy Skate to request shipping confirmation and try to get some tracking info, I was offered £10 "for my troubles" LOL (which I didn't accept), yet I still did not receive any shipping or tracking info (or the package)! Finally I was left no choice but to open a case file and escalate to PayPal to see if I could (1) either get the item shipped to me, or (2) get a full refund. I just received confirmation from PayPal today that the case was decided in my favor and I have been refunded the full amount. Thank god I ordered via PayPal! Otherwise I would have had very little recourse. I'm not sure if this company is a scam, or just run by highly incompetent people. Either way, stay far away from Juicy Skate. Cannot recommend. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

AVOID- scam company. They do not send the item. They ignore all emails and do not provide tracking info. Phones ring but no one ever answers and says leave a message but just cuts off.

Always a pleasure to deal with Juiceskate and I've used them many times . Fantastic seller great communication. Quality products at a very good price. Super fast shipping. I would give them 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 rating. I will be back soon for more skate supplies.

Update 5th September - order has arrived after much better customer service and communication, apparently was stuck at the Depot! Daughter now has her birthday present so I’m happy. Update 4hours after writing this: had a call from juicy skate - apologised for what has happened and apparently sending another board out to us which should be here in next two days. I will update review accordingly. Contact number doesn't work, not replied to emails and web chat ignored. Ordered almost two weeks ago, tracking number provided isn’t working and cannot get hold of anyone. Having to go through my bank to try and claim my money back. Was my daughter’s birthday present and I am now £130 out of pocket and no present as of yet. Absolutely gutted and so upset.

All arrived - all as ordered and some real help. Not gonna kid you this had some issues! Background: Ordered 2 decks over 2 weeks ago, really helpful via chat on stock available and some options not yet on site. Then… silence Tried via email and web chat and no responses. Order marked as “processing” A week later and marked as shipped but no tracking details Messaged and emailed and no response Eventually (2 weeks elapsed) after posting concerns on a fb page I got a reply saying sorry delayed and would be shipped Emailed shipping order and eventually all got dropped off. When it had gone a bit south they actually called me and were helpful, conciliatory and offered compensation for the trouble (some nice extras thrown in as a sorry). Shop updated with order dispatched but with different tracking details! So clearly some pretty serious issues with the shop software, order tracking and communication. There are clearly some people who really hate on this brand and my experience of some delays have been reported by others. But read past the vitriolic reviews: there are some with real beef out there.
