JTF made it nice and easy
I recently started a new business and needed a copier so after a quick search I found the JTF website. I looked through a few of the machines on their website but wasn't sure exactly what I needed so I decided to call for some help. I spoke with Jon who was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I asked about different accessories and their functions. He was able to help me determine what I needed, what I didn't and even processed the order for me while I was on the phone! I received my new copier in a few days and couldn't be happier with both the customer service and the equipment. I definitely recommend JTF and will be sure to contact Jon again whenever I need anything else!!

Excellent Service
Zach Connelly was extremely helpful and professional. He was expeditious in supplying all the information necessary. His follow up skills were better than most especially nowadays when true customer service has become a thing of the past. Please thank him again for me.

Awesome Buying Experience!!!!!!
Purchasing from JTF was a fantastic experience. I did find this unit for less, but I called Zach back because he was fantastic to work with. He received approval to match the price and of course I ordered with him. We received the unit the next day...amazing!!!! Zach knew the product very well and when we first started talking he recommended a unit that would more fit my companies usage. He looks out for the customer and it really shows. He is a huge asset to JTF and I cannot thank him enough for all of his help. I am in the set up process currently on this unit and so far so good. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Zach and JTF in the future. :)

Quick response on prices for parts needed, good service.
Good and efficient customer service was displayed, looking forward in the future in doing business transactions with the company ,and hope the standard of relating to customers especially foreign customers like our selves are kept up and even more improved.

JTF...excellent sales support...turnaround on support slow.
Positive: Product pricing is very competitive with timely shipping. Excellent sales support(Zach Connelly)...also provides quick resolution to open issues. Negative:Slow turnaround on repair issues.

Dear Larry, Thank you for being a loyal customer and we truly value your business. We trust that you would not have purchased over 40 printers from us for the last year if we hadn't provided your company the best support possible. Our local service turnaround time is less than 2 hours but 24 hours nationwide. We dispatch all service calls to our nationwide partners immediately for next day service. The problem sometimes arises in the sparsely populated areas where there are not a lot of dealers. I am sorry for any inconvenience and we'll do our best to improve on the issues your pointed in your review.

Pleasure to do business with
Mr. Jonathan Bennett was super knowledgeable as well as responsive to any and all questions I had prior to making the purchase. JTF offered best pricing for the KYOCERA system and accessories. It was shipped and received as promised. Pleasure to do business with. Excellent seller. Would highly recommend. Would definitely work future orders with Jonathan and his team.
