I ordered an XL and received an XS
I ordered an XL and received an XS. I printed the return label for an exchange or a refund. They received my return on February 1st with no response. I called multiple times with no answer and have sent "chats" twice and at least four e-mails with the order # and return # - still nothing. The XS harness seemed very nice and would have loved to gotten an XL. I would NOT recommend this company. If I had the choice I would not have given any stars.

Beware if you buy a harness from this…
Beware if you buy a harness from this deceitful company. I ordered one on 3Jan and still have not received it. Calling customer service or emailing only yields excuses. Do not waste your money.

Seems I have the same complaint the…
Seems I have the same complaint the others seem to have. I ordered a harness and it too forever to come. It didn't fit and I sent it back for a full refund. Fortunately for me, I tracked the package so knew when it was delivered. Still no word from the company until I emailed again and they asked for proof of delivery. I was able to send them that and got my refund. I CANCELLED my exchange for a different size at the same time. Low and behold I got ANOTHER harness last week that I didn't want and hoping it wasn't recharged to my credit card. I've tried to email and call the company and there's not response. Calling is useless too - no matter what time of day the phone is busy. This is a HORRIBLE company with the WORST customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service !!!…
PugLlife has had my return of 2 harnesses since 1/18/19 and to date I still have NOT received my refund. Phone # does not work, can not get to them thru email (all returned) and I do not know what to do. My refund should be around $80.00. I will never deal with them again . This customer service is RUDE and unacceptable.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I ordered a harness on January 1st never received it. Phone no longer in services, chat request comes back undeliverable. I get emails everyday from this company advertising their product. This company is a joke.

Buyer beware! Never received harness, sent 20+ emails to credit my account, no response & phone number is not in service. Do not order from this company!!

Ordered 3 harnesses and 3 leases, received leases but no harnesses
I ordered 3 dog harnesses and 3 dog leases on 2 Dec. 2019. The 3 leases arrived on 11 Dec. but the 3 harnesses did not arrive. I have tried tracking which didn’t work. Tried calling the 800 # which was a disconnected #. I tried emailing several times with one response instructing me to send pictures of incorrect product and packaging. I didn’t have an incorrect product but a missing product. I don’t think I will ever get a response from PugLifeStore so will just mark this one as another internet rip off. PugLifeHarness emailed me after I posted my review with Trustpilot, they said my harnesses were lost in shipment and they would reship them. They arrived yesterday 16 April 2019 and were exactly as I had ordered 2 Dec 2018. I attribute my review on Trustpilot with the successful response I eventually received from PugLifeHarness. This issue could have been resolved back in late Dec. or Jan. if PugLifeHarness had responded to my calls, tracking attempts an emails. So thanks Trustpilot for your help. I am well pleased with the quality of the harnesses and leashes just not the trouble trying to get them. So thank you Trustpilot. Barbara Caughran

I'm a sucker just like the rest of you!
I'm a sucker just like the rest of you. Too bad I didn't buy through ebay or Amazon, because they would have made it right. I ordered an XS when I should have ordered a S. I sent the first one back per their directions. They've had the original harness back for over a month. I have called no less than 20 times and get either no answer or disconnect message. I caught the chat line girl a couple of times and all I hear is "I will expedite your complaint" and to "wait for their email with shipping information". This has been going on for two months and I'm over it. I filed with BBB, but they haven't been able to do much about these losers because they're not members.
