Items never shipped...
Like others, I should have read the reviews. Ordered 3 harnesses and a car seat cover for my pet sitting business. “Shipped” on 8/7 and has been pending acceptance ever since. First I was told that it indeed shipped. Then I was told that they would check with the shipping department. Today I was told that I needed to give it “more days”. Horrible customer service! Sad to say, I think this small business owner is just out a chunk of money. Lesson learned.

Same as many other experiences it…
Same as many other experiences it seems, I've been getting the run around for over two months trying to get a refund! This is a scam!!

Don’t seem to care about my tefund
Returned a harness because it was too big.Still waiting on my refund.They won’t answer my requests 👎

I should have read the reviews
I should have read the reviews. kicking myself. NO customer service, bad reviews get erased from their Facebook, No phone or email contact. they took $79. no product. What can we do?

Poor customer service and it is…
Poor customer service and it is supposed to refund and answer on Jun 18, but till now still no refund. Plus, writing many emails and no reply at all. e worst experience online shopping! Any one got idea what else can do to complain? Thanks

Terrible customer service
I placed two orders and only received one of the two. When I reached out to PugLifeHarness they kept sending me the tracking for my first order which was delivered. No matter how many times I replied back with the correct order number, they sent me the tracking for the wrong order. When I track the order from their website, it is showing as not being sent. Pretty disappointed with their customer service. After reading the below reviews, I doubt they really care about their customers. It’s a shame, seems like they have a decent product but are failing in customer service.

Should have read reviews first!!!!!
Company confirmed that they received my returned the harness on July 12th ( certified mail), corresponded with me to confirm that I would be seeing my credit card refund 3-5 days after that. It is now July 30 and not only have they not responded to my last 2 emails, I still do not see my refund. I sent them another follow up today. They are very quick to send your harness, but terrible after that. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I agree - I should have read the reviews as well I never received my money back after returning two harnesses 79.90 worth - I returned them May 31st - it is now July 29 - many emails - apologies we are working on it check with your bank etc... no refund.
