Disappointed
Ordered xl for golden retriever/Great Pyrenees mix. Weight 87. The harness slid left to right and was not secure on my dog. uncomfortable for dog. Would have return it but good luck getting white fur off the Velcro section….which I’m sure you are aware! Learned a BIG lesson don’t buy from a company one is unfamiliar with. Disappointed and mad thatI trusted your company.

Didn’t Work For Us
Not really your fault, but the XS didn’t work for our 4.5 lb Yorkie. I loved how easy it was to get on him, but one day when we were out walking he wriggled out of it and almost got away from me. Will never use it again.

While we cannot guarantee it's Houdini-proof as some dogs are just too clever for their own good, it should be very hard to escape out of if properly sized and fitted. We recommend only about a finger width or two of space beneath that belly strap for a nice, snug fit! Also ensure it is secured behind the widest area of their ribs rather than the front legs only. To achieve that, you can loosen the front Velcro chest strap as needed, so the harness sits further back on the dog. This should eliminate their ability to slip out. Sometimes one minor adjustment can make a big difference!For a true escape artist, you might consider a "safety strap" or "safety cord" option that attaches to a collar and the leash for added security for wriggly pups. It's just a backup safety precaution that you can pair with our harness for peace of mind.

Very disappointed

We were unaware you were having trouble. You never made us aware there was trouble with the harness. Your order is from November of 2021. We do have a 60 day return policy. The order is past that time frame. The company advertises their harness to…
The company advertises their harness to stop the pulling of any kind of dog. That statement is false. I bought it and tried it on my dog for two weeks and the pulling is even worse. They don't want to return my money because I removed the little tag that comes on it and offered store credit which I don't want because the only thing they sell are the harnesses and an accessory for the car seat belt which is also useless

Hi Liliana, Our harness is a training tool. It's not a magic cure, but has helped countless dog owners set their pups on the right track. The side rings are essentially training rings. As soon as the dog starts pulling, they get spun around instead because of their placement which negates the pulling. Unfortunately
Unfortunately, our houdini dog was out of this harness in a matter of minutes. I finally designed one that he has not been able to escape from.....yet.

For a true Houdini, you might consider a ""safety strap"" or ""safety cord"" option that attaches to a collar and the leash for added security for wriggly pups. It's just a backup safety precaution that you can pair with our harness for peace of mind! The Safety Strap is used to connect the collar to the harness, or the collar to the leash. This way you're still using the harness to walk your dog, but in the event he wiggles out of his harness or it breaks, the leash is still connected to the collar. *measurements are from the end of one clip to the other* CAUTIONS/WARNINGS The strap should be removed during playing and swimming to avoid any tangled limbs. The Safety Strap can only perform its intended function if your dog's collar is fitted properly. They're strong, but intended to be used with constant pressure."

paid for it, never recieved it, have tried calling and e=mailing with no response. Think I was scammed. Would not recomend this company

This harness is awful
This harness is awful. At the slightest pull or tug it loosens and when my dog was playing with another it loosened to the point that it fell off. Extreme safety hazard and poor construction. Staps DO NOT stay tight. Waste of money.

Tried it on my daughters's French…
Tried it on my daughters's French Bulldog who had no leash manners. It made no difference whatsoever. He was still constantly pulling as we walked.
