F rating from BBB. That should tell you something

Even 1 star is too much for this company. I ordered a harness in April 2019. It was too heavy and I returned it and ordered the softer harness. Next thing was I get the original harness back. It took forever to get someone to give me the order number for the second harness which was required to request a return/refund. I sent the tracking number for the second harness, they claimed they never got it even though I had proof of them receiving it. You can never get anyone on the phone and after listening to the recorded message it disconnects. They have a chat line that I have used at least 4 times and get the same lame excuses every time. They are sorry, they will get right on it, they will mark it urgent, they will notify their supervisor, yada yada yada. No results. Last email says they are working with a system that can’t issue refund checks but they would give me an Amazon gift card. I want my money back and I want all of it. I can’t believe they are still in business. This is October and I am still waiting.

Zero customer service. Also, the company used Fedex Smartpost to ship it - will take 6 weeks to arrive, if it ever does. Stay away from this company.

The worst customer service ever. I have tried calling them at 1-888-200-9914 and it constantly says that their agents are assisting other customers and are experiencing a high volume of calls. It doesn't matter what time of day their called. I chatted with a rep yesterday, who did nothing to help me except let me know that an agent would email me back. The buckle broke on my XXL harness and had only been used 3 times. I just want a replacement or my money back.

I ordered two harnesses, one fit and the other is too big. I want to exchange one. I have reached out by phone and rather than let you leave a message, it hangs up on you...what business does this? I then sent two or three emails and no response....is anyone working in this business other than to take our monies???? Would someone PLEASE respond to me???

The worst. Took our money and never delivered. BBB rating of F and complaints to the California Attorney General and they are still advertising on Facebook! Now their website gets redirected to another site selling dog accessories???

I returned harness from order# 327552 with return# 04EA8A and per USPS tracking information it was delivered to your facility on 8/12/2019. I got no response. I had an online chat mid September with a followup email stating that my "return will be processed as soon as it is received and evaluated by our warehouse team". Have heard absolutely nothing since then. Now I can't even get the online Chat box to open. Calling the phone number is useless. Please send me the refund I am due. Thank you.

The customer service is scandalous, but the product is terrific. I returned a too small, brand new, unused harness in exchange for a larger size. I didn't receive confirmation it was received or that the new item was shipped. I finally got a tracking number and it last left Georgia and has been lost for over 7 weeks. FedEx recommended I request a replacement from Pug Life. I can't get any response from Pug Life. I can't call them, they won't respond to email. They keep sending the same auto responses - no one is actually reading my emails so nothing is getting accomplished. Item is paid for. 7 weeks ago. I just want the new harness. Instead of an apology or explanation, just please send the size L harness. Please. Order # 324251
