Keep in snapping
The harnesses I bought keep unsnapping and I can’t take a video of how they are unsnapping while trying to walk the dogs. The harnesses unsnap and my dogs get out of their harness and I have to go chasing them .

Hi Naomi. If the buckle is so close to the elbow they are opening up on a walk. This sounds like it is not the right fit. You want to loosen the front chest strap. So the harness sits further back. If you believe the harnesses are defective. You can process an exchange. I will have the agent you were working with send an email on how to process an exchange.

My dog slipped out of the harness
My dog slipped out of the harness. It needs another strap to secure. he has gotten out twice.

While we cannot guarantee it's Houdini-proof as some dogs are just too clever for their own good, it should be very hard to escape out of if properly sized and fitted. We recommend only about a finger width or two of space beneath that belly strap for a nice, snug fit! Also ensure it is secured behind the widest area of their ribs rather than the front legs only. To achieve that, you can loosen the front Velcro chest strap as needed, so the harness sits further back on the dog. This should eliminate their ability to slip out. Sometimes one minor adjustment can make a big difference!For a true escape artist, you might consider a "safety strap" or "safety cord" option that attaches to a collar and the leash for added security for wriggly pups. It's just a backup safety precaution that you can pair with our harness for peace of mind.

Did not live up to advertising
It did not stop my dog from pulling in fact it made it worse. The harness had a defect in it, when I received it, and company stated it was my fault. Because of how I opened the package. I will not purchase again.

Not happy with return policy
Not happy that you almost wouldn’t return and thatI only got a partial refund when you advertise as 100% satisfaction. But if you take tags off not able to return. You should be able to test it a couple days and make sure it will work for your dog. Did not work for my pulling dogs

It’s just way too big for my tiny dog…
It’s just way too big for my tiny dog even using the size guidelines. Quality and service are good.

This product is not at all adapted for…
This product is not at all adapted for small dogs. I love the concept of the design, and was really excited about this approach to leash training my dog. The buckle and the D-rings are not scaled down in size on the harness that I ordered for my 10 lb rambunctious terrier. The buckle is nearly the size of her head and looks ridiculous. It is too bulky for her to actually walk in. The straps are too wide. I would not recommend for small dogs until/unless they rescale the design to use smaller parts on the smaller size harnesses.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it very much. We are always looking for ways to improve. Our buckles are smaller on the new designs. We are in process of changing the size of the buckles and the rings.

Still like the harness but the quality…
Still like the harness but the quality has deteriorated since being purchased from pug life. All parts seem to be used with lower grade materials.

I appreciate giving my money back on…
I appreciate giving my money back on this harness. Luckily my dog wasn't killed - she was out of the harness in no time and the police found her on a major highway. Just didn't work for my Shetland Sheepdog.
