Bought the harness for my 55lb Elkhound. It did very little to stop the pulling. She has passed and I’m using the harness for my 62lb American Pit Bull mix. It doesn’t matter which ring I use, short or long leash, or her position in relation to me. The harness doesn’t do anything to reduce or stop the pulling. Chest strap constantly comes loose allowing the harness to move. The one star is for easy on and off.

I was really excited about this harness because of the adjustability. I have tried many harnesses in the past for my dogs unique body size and thought this would be perfect. Unfortunately it did not turn out that way, I adjusted the harness to my dogs body size but the very thick buckle and strap kept rubbing against my dogs knee and leg. I contacted the company and told them of my problem and they suggested to adjust the harness which I obviously did. They don't make any other size buckle or strap and this did not work out at all for my dog

My dog seemed to pull more with this harness, and one of the side hooks came right off at the seams only about a month after I bought this harness. I used the live chat feature to find out about a replacement a few days ago and was told I’d be hearing back but have yet to get a response to clear up this issue.

This was not as advertised. I do not understand the engineering process behind deciding a Velcro strap around the chest of a 70 pound dog as sufficient for restraint from getting loose. The item has been returned for A FULL REFUND. Also, you failed to apply the $10 credit as promised after processing. Please STOP emailing and texting me. Edit: 4/15/22 I watched the YouTube videos twice to ensure I was applying the harness correctly. I also practiced with it at home before going to the park. The harness does NOT stay secure even when fitted properly. Please be more transparent with your advertising and disclose that there is a Velcro strap across the chest. Once again, you have not addressed the fact that you didn’t apply the discount. I find your company to be disorganized and too quick to expect more purchases when one was just made. And you continue to bombard my phone and email account with promotions and advertisements after being asked not to.

I like the harness because they are lightweight, but the leash often gets wrapped around my young dog’s neck when something catches her eye. She’s well-trained to walk on a leash, but not perfect and it can be scary. We like the front clip on the easy walk harness much better.

This device did not work at all as I expected it to based on your description and videos. My dog continued to pull away regardless that he was wearing the harness. I even sent an email asking for assistance as I thought I was doing something wrong and the reply was to watch the videos. It might work for some people and dogs but for me it was a waste of money.

We purchased one from 2 years ago for the same pup. We purchased using measurements between 40-60 lbs even though she has weighed the same the last 4 years 38 lbs. We thought it was bigger than we should have gotten so we decided to go one size smaller which is a complete mistake. We tried it on ET and she felt uncomfortable, the buckles were not so far apart, the strap was way too small, and literally she was choking badly when we tried picking her up using the strap handle in the middle. We'd like to exchange to get a size of 40-60 lbs. We do love the leash with car seat safety buckle and will keep it. It's very sturdy. We are very disappointed with the leash and still haven't used as I'd like to exchange for a size up once I'm back in the states the end of April. Please provide me the address to mail for return. Thank you.

Used the harness once…. Our dog likes to get wet and we didn’t think anything of it. The metal on the harness rusted just after using it once. The reflective strap across the chest is not good for our rescue. We didn’t know she was a “extreme working dog”. The is no getting her to use this harness without her choking herself from consistent pulling. When God made her it was definitely not to be restrained with this type of harness. We attempted to return the harness and your return policy is very deceiving and not customer friendly at all. Not to mention the emails I received in response were as if I was speaking to someone that didn’t want to help assist at all with refunding this harness for us. The prompt to request a refund was a filled with redirection and did not solve our issue. “If the tags were still on it” is basically how your customer support reads as to how the issue would have been solved. In my experience in customer service for over 20 plus years it was very poor way of addressing our dissatisfaction…..I want a refund not a credit…..
