Stopped using it and I tried adjusting it many ways. It makes my dog choke and cough along the neck. Don’t recommend this for an old pug.

I have done reviews before but it is obvious the company does not care. The harness is impossible for me to undo without heavy gloves. I have been pinched by it multiple times, broken fingernails and have bruises on my thumb. I gave up trying to use it. Any older person (like me) or someone with smaller hands (most women) or reduced hand strength will not find this a good product. I feel like i wasted my money. Perhaps the smaller ones do not have this problem but I can't recommend this harness to anyone I know.

The clip/buckle kept coming undone with very little pulling by our dog. The harness is sitting in the cupboard as we felt it was too dangerous to continue to use. Won’t buy another one. It was replaced once but even the replacement did the same thing.

One week after purchase, My dog pulled and the strap ripped right off. When I contacted the company, I was informed that I would have to send it back to them AT MY OWN EXPENSE! Then maybe they would reimburse me the cost of the harness.

Took forever to arrive and I had actually given up. Customer service was terrible.

The side clip keeps coming undone......othe then that I love it but can’t use now to afraid she’ll get away....

I bought 2 harnesses and one of them the clip if faulty and my dog escaped, this happened several times
