The harness is very well made. The problem is with the customer service. When I purchased the harness I was told if the harness doesn't fit properly, they would exchange it for the large size. The harness was too small for my dog so I emailed customer service and never got a reply. I emailed numerous times after that and still no reply. They finally wore me down and I gave up. I wound up donating the harness to a pet shelter so at least a dog would have it and I didn't feel so bad about being treated so poorly by your company.

The harness broke, and they were NO help whatsoever! No replies to any of my messages, and no warranty for purchasers. Went with Doggy Kingdom after this fiasco, and have been extremely satisfied with them and their lifetime warranty.

Horrible harness. Does not stay latched. Took forever to get my money back. Took many letters on my part as well as putting it all over Facebook. You could be liable if a dog gets killed because those clasps don't work.

Rubbed dog raw on the chest and under front legs. Dog is a big puller so pug life harness did not work for him

It broke. Only got to use it twice. Tried to get it replaced or refund but your company denied my request. Good concept but faulty product. Recommend no one buy this product. Any company can have a faulty product but their reaction to do nothing is totally unacceptable.
