Company Never Responded ...,
It broke and I emailed the company twice about it and never got a response so went into trash.

Being a dog parent is one of the most rewarding things and we understand that fully because we are dog parents ourselves. Our relationship with our dogs is important and there’s no better way to strengthen that bond than through something we already do with them daily: Walks. That passion for our very own fur babies and helping other dog parents is what created Joyride Harness and forged our products.Today, we remain a tightknit family-ownedbusiness.🐶USA Owned & Operated

Quit using both harness because the rings started to rip out. This harness is made for little dogs. Can’t call them and hard to return if even possible. My dogs both under a year old ripped them when I tried pulling them away from coyotes where I live. Pure junk

Hey, Chris - Sorry to hear that this has been your experience. We do offer a 365 day warranty on our harnesses that will cover any defects such as tearing or loose rings. We'd be happy to replace that for you. If interested, please send your original order number and a photo of the defect to [email protected] and we'll get that process started.

....put the name back
Response from Joyride HarnessMar 31, 2020
Hey, Karl - We assume you're referring to our previous company name, Pug Life. While we also were quite partial to it, it did confuse some of our customers. We made the decision to change our name to be more welcoming to all dog breeds. We definitely want to include all dog owners in our quest to improve our pups' lives. Hope you can understand!

It ripped twice. The belt listened all the time. Not good for big dogs. It makes me sad. I was hopeful.

I'd have given negative stars if that was an option. 2 of the 3 harnesses bought had defects , emailed and messaged pictures. Replies were virtually non-existent, the one year warranty is now well past, congratulations on being a POS company.

I purchased a harness over a year or so ago. The plastic buckle broke within a couple weeks, and I sent both email and pictures of the damaged harness and buckle. I received an email apoplectic and offered a replacement. A tracking number was created... the replacement never arrived. I figured it was due to the holidays so I was patient and sent a couple of emails. More apologies but still no replacement. It never did show up. I ordered a similar harness (Bolux) on amazon for half of what the Puglife harness cost me. I liked it enough to buy two more and they are still on the dogs today.
